I bought both. The larger size is what I was looking for: handy for making breakfast sandwiches. The smaller size requires thought…mini quiches? Bisquick bombs? Blueberry pancake hunks? True cast iron, seems to take a surface good enough, with solid heat. I coated and heated three or four times to get a good glaze. Handle is a screw-in. Handle would need to be removed for oven use. Protein, egg, and cheese. For the win. Recommended.

I just got my pan yesterday and I am loving it already. You need to make sure you use a good about of butter or bacon fat because the food sticks to the pan.
