   very satisfied I wasn’t expecting the phone to be such good quality. I bought the phone for my 14 year old son for Christmas. it came over a week late but they gave me a $5 credit for the delayed delivery. I have the S21 and this phone has a bigger screen than mine does. the screen protector is cheap and the case only covers the back but overall we are happy with it. I’m going to order a new screen protector and a new case for him. Great purchase!

   DO NOT BUY . I live in the USA and the phone is listed as unlocked but what they don’t tell you that it isn’t compatible nowhere in the USA on any network.  waste of money.  
   THE GOOD:
   The volume works great when putting phone up to you ear and Bluetooth.
   Bluetooth connect fast
   Large and thin phone
   256 GB with the option to expand storage. You can use sd card to act as internal storage or expandable. 
   Stays charged for over 24 hours from 100% to 90 % at the end of  the 24 hour.
   Once I installed apps and they ran in the background,  like notifications etc. Phone stayed charged for 24 hours 100% to 30% at the end of the 24 hour.
   It has 2 IMEI numbers and 3 slots in the tray. 2 slots are for 2 Sim cards and the other slot is for sd card for extra storage.  
   It is 5G
   The BAD:
   Trying to find phone case or tempered glass is hard.
   This phone isnt compatible with none of the BIG companies or popular phone companies. I have Tried, Called, Paid my money , come time to activate. Oh we’re sorry this Sim won’t work with this phone. IMEI # says compatible to only one company.  paid my money , can’t finish activation cause Sim won’t work in phone.
   Camara is terrible, it takes the picture but snapshot shows up seconds later but didn’t snap what you took .so now I must hold phone in place til snap shot shows up to what I actually took a pic of.
   Speaker is so low its ridiculous.  
   Video  and picture color quality sucks 
   Phone won’t stay on til it’s at 6% plugged up.
   I kept turning phone on while plugged up from  2% up to 5%. Phone come on but turned right back off. But stayed on at 6 % plugged up.
   Phone gets real hot while Watching videos.
   Lots of the popular shopping , banking and social media apps isn’t compatible with phone and therefore no option to download it. It says near the app icon. “Isn’t compatible with phone”.
   Ring tone at its highest is low. 
   When touching on apps or trying to type. It lags. Seconds later keyboard pops up. Seconds later app pops up. 
   It’s not a Samsung phone
   It says in the about phone section
   “U24 Ultra”  But when I logged into my Google account.  I got a notification to my email saying someone was trying to log into your account , is this you. It listed the phone as S23 not U24 Ultra. 
   IT DOES NOT SUPPORT ESIM

   great phone, love it, Delivered on time, Excellent, super cute well worth the money , Highly recommend to, also put my airvoicecsims card in and yes yes yes it worked . so now I have unlimited talk txt and data and and 5g. so yes I highly recommend this phone . thanks temu
