This could be a cute dress on someone who is perfectly sized for it. I measured but it just didn’t fit good.
The top was too blousy and the collar wasn’t fitted to my neck and the middle was a tight and the hip area.

I am a 36B/C and 145 lbs
Hip area 42-44 inches.
The reason I can’t get large is it would be way too big in top.
Also the material is on the thinner side.
